| 内容記述 | Food loss and waste, which are mentioned as specific goals in the SDGs, are social issues that have been legislated in Japan and are being addressed by the public and private sectors in concert. However, half of food loss in Japan is generated by households, and without changes in consumer awareness and behavior, efficient reduction will not be possible. What kind of awareness and behavior of households are linked to food waste, and what kind of interventions are effective? This paper provides a survey of household food waste in Japan, focusing on quantitative research. | |||||||||
