| 内容記述 | This paper is about research on business transaction state machine (BTSM), which are mechanisms that can communicate transaction status to parties as they execute transactions with each other according to standard transactions. In previous studies of BTSM, the model has been extended from a business process consisting of transaction patterns starting from purchase requests to a business process based on transaction patterns starting from sales proposals. In this extended model, by combining two transaction patterns, not only can buyers and sellers make counter-offers regarding the negotiation of transaction terms such as price and delivery time, but the model has also been reconfigured to simulate the negotiation of price determination between buyers and sellers. However, the limitation of the negotiation process in these existing studies is that it is a limited process in which either the buyer or the seller can make a proposal and the other can only grant acceptance within a single transaction pattern. To overcome this limitation, this study builds a new model of the negotiation process in which the buyer and the seller can continue to make requests/proposals in both directions within a single transaction pattern, based on the research process of design science research. Then, based on a typical e-commerce transaction, it compares the existing model of the negotiation process with the newly built model of the negotiation process and evaluates that the limitation of the existing model can be overcome. |
