| 内容記述 | Recently the influence of climate change is becoming tangible and especially it influences on the water resources because global warming causes reducing of vast of freshwater stored in glaciers, ice packs and other frozen reserves. The worldʼs freshwater resources are increasingly scarce as world population are rising and many people are using freshwater. Acordingly conflict over water resources are becoming to be actual today. Especially in south Asia and southeast Asia, China has built a number of dams on the Mekong river and Brahmaputra river. This article reviews conflict and governance over Brahmaputra river. | |||||||||
