| 内容記述 | It has been a long time since the debate on the revision of the Constitution (Kenpou) has taken place, but the debate has not deepened. It seems that the reason why the debate on the revision of the Constitution (Kenpou) has not risen is that the meaning of the word "kenpou" itself is not sufficiently considered. In addition to the wordʼ Kenpouʼ was given a meaning of the holy nature in addition to original meanings,after the Meiji Teikoku Kenpou establishment. These three different meanings are used without being distinguished. I think that there is the above-mentioned reason for the background where a constitutional amendment discussion does not deepen. In this article, I think about the change of the meaning of the word Kenpou, through the examination of the work of Minotsukuri who used the word Kenpou for translation of constitution first. |
